Managing Team and Group Database

How to manage your Team members profiles including actual cost and expected weekly hours as well as how to create a Group.

Teams

This is the database that contains all user profile information along with crucial user settings such as hourly cost and line manager. Only an Admin user has permission to edit and view the information of other users.

Navigate to Teams

Only an admin user will be able to view all users profile any other user type will be limited to their own profile information.

(As an Admin) Select the user profile to edit and via the 3 dots Select Edit.

You can configure any details on the users profile as required.

By scrolling down on the profile an Admin can configure the hourly cost, expected weekly hours and Non-billable Line Manager.

These 3 fields are required for each user and will restrict certain aspects if not complete.


Groups

Select the Groups tab.

Select Create Group and complete the details and add group members.

Select the 3 dots to edit or delete a group.
