Managing Team and Group Database

How to manage your Team members profiles including actual cost and expected weekly hours as well as how to create a Group.

Teams

  • Select Teams

  • Only an Admin User or Company Manager are able to edit other users profiles in addition to the user itself.

  • Select a user you wish to edit and at the 3 dots, and Select Edit

  • You can configure any details on the users profile if required

  • By scrolling down an Admin or Company manager can also configure the hourly cost, expected weekly hours and Non-billable Line Manager.

    • These 3 fields are required for each user and will restrict certain aspects if not complete.


Groups

  • You can build out Groups from individual team members.

  • Navigate to Team, then select Groups

  • Select Create Group and complete the details and add group members.

  • Select the 3 dots to edit or delete a group
