How to Filter existing projects, add a project to dashboard and revert a project back to proposal

Reverting to proposal

  • You can only revert a Project back to Proposal if there has been no changes/activity on the Project

  • On the Project Index page select the 3 dots of a Project then select Revert to Proposal

  • You will be asked for a confirmation, select Confirm to revert

  • Navigate to Proposals to access the reverted Project

Project Dashboard Shortcut

  • On the Project Index page select the 3 dots of a Project then select Add to Dashboard

  • Navigate back to Proteus dashboard to view and access Project

Project Filtering

  • There are three ways to filter Projects on the Index page

Column Filter

  • Click on the arrows next to a Column to filter

    • With the first click an arrow will point up to signify A-Z

    • Second click an arrow down signifying Z-A

    • Third click will reset back to default

Search Filter

  • Search for a record in the search bar

Index Filter

  • Click the filter icon in the search bar

  • You can then filter by a specific column item
