Project Resources and Workhour Builder

Project Resources is a feature flag and not active by default. This replaces the default team resources builder that is accessible for each work package.

Within a Proposal select Project Resources next to the WBS tab

Select Add Project Resource

Select the resource cost rate. You will need to select the; Office and Department, Grade and Discipline

With multi-currency you can build up your resource against a different currency than the local office currency

You can see both the office currency and the project currency that is set on the contract

Select the resource sell rate. This is rate added to the rate tables that have been created within the contract

The total cost and total price will only update once the hours have been added onto the workhour builder

The total resource margin will also only include resources that have hours added to the workhour builder

You can delete a resource via the x button but if the resource has hours added it cannot be deleted. You will need to remove the hours from the workhour builder first

Once Project resources have been added you can populate the hours on the workhour builder

Select the Workhour builder tab

Once on the Workhour builder double click on the cell in the matrix to add hours

Once complete you will see the details update

If you would like to remind yourself of the resources you can hover over the name to receive the full resource details

The resource totals will update on the project resource this includes; cost, price and margin after the hours have been populated

The WP and total summary of the Proposal will also update to reflect the new/updated hours added to the workhour builder
