Terminology
Most terminology within Proteus can be changed to suit your organisation, this can be done via Language & Labels. There are around 1500 different terms that can be changed and this is a one time change that will reflect on every users account.
NOTE that some of the language is used on multiple screens and in different locations within Proteus. Therefore please be aware when making changes to the language what area is being effected.
Changing Language
Select Language & Labels within the admin console.
Using the search bar, search which term you would like to change. The language that appears will contain the word or letter that is searched.
NOTE the search can be very specific and letter / case sensitive. For example searching Disciplines rather than Discipline will miss language without the (s) while Discipline will display language with an (s).
There may be language that appears that is too long to display the full word / sentence, simply hover over the name and the entire term will appear.
Select the cell of the language you want to change and then type the new term.
Once the new term has been added you will notice the status change to draft. This means that the language is no longer the default value, however it hasn't been applied to the system yet. Select to be able to apply the change.
NOTE publishing language will publish all language currently in draft status.
Reseting Language
You can reset changed language by selecting Back To Default action against an individual term.
Or select Back To Default All to reset all language back the default setting.
