This feature flag allows for the restriction of users (other than admin users) to create new companies and contracts, or from them accessing the companies and contract databases and make uncontrolled changes.

When this feature flag is turned on the Companies and Contracts databases on the main navigation bar are not available to all users (other than Admin users). Also the Add Company hyperlink on the record creation form is removed for all project stages from Opportunities, Proposals through to Projects. Users can still create new contacts related to existing company records and select existing companies and contracts including their associated rate tables.
