One of our key differentiators has always been to work closely with clients to specify Proteus to their requirements and turn this round efficiently. In fact, the initial idea for Proteus came from industry professionals who had built successful consultancy companies. Proteus is now used by many smaller consultancies as well as large international groups in Australia, Scotland, US and the UAE. These include Aurecon in Australia, who configured Proteus to their exact requirements by adding a number of customisations including the full functionality of the baseline and forecasting tool. Genesis brought a number of new features requests; opportunity go / no go, multi office/ currency and integration with Salesforce and Oracle. Flotation Energy in Aberdeen was our first wind developer and Enquest our first O&G Operator for whom we added key functionality around purchasing and capital value process.
