Introduction to Proteus - Dashboard

The dashboard is custom per user and will display various metrics as well as any records that have been added to the dashboard for quick access

On the left side of the Dashboard you can see your user profile including; user name, discipline and grade as well as the number of projects and proposal your user has access to

It will also display your current weeks utilisation, which is calculated from the weekly expected hours (set on each users profile by the admin user) and the billable hours booked. This can be seen on the graphs below

On the right side you can view and access the records you have added to your dashboard (except for opportunities which are added to everyones dashboard automatically), this will save time when accessing these records and also display the important fields for each record to keep track of progress
