The dashboard is custom per user and will display various metrics as well as any records that have been added to the dashboard for quick access

On the left side of the Dashboard you have quick visible access to your user profile including; user name and assigned discipline and grade. Below this are the number of projects and proposals your user has access to as well as your current Utilisation.

Below, displays your weekly utilisation, which is calculated from the weekly expected hours (set on each users profile by the admin user) and the billable hours booked.

While in the centre of the screen you have visibility of the records that you have personally added to your dashboard for quick access. These record types include Proposals, Projects and Contracts while Opportunities will always be added automatically assuming you have access to the record.
