Setting Your "Week Ends On" Day
A Week ends on setting is available in the Admin Console under Timesheet & Expenses, letting you choose which day your company's reporting week ends on.
This defaults to Friday, but can be changed to any day of the week.
NOTE: This is separate from the Working Week setting. Working Week controls which days count as weekends in the timesheet interface; Week ends on controls which day is treated as the end of your reporting week.
NOTE: Changing this setting after you have already started collecting actuals may result in some data disparity during the cutover period. Please only change this setting if you're aware of the implications, or discuss it with your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
How This Affects Your Timesheets
Once set, your chosen week-ending day determines how weeks are labelled and navigated across My Time, Audit, Line Manager Approvals, Proposals / Projects Approvals and Time Report. Week selectors and calendar pickers throughout these pages will reflect the day you've chosen.
The order of days shown in the My Time grid also follows this setting. For example, if your working week is Monday to Friday, and your week ends on:
Saturday - the days in the grid run Sunday through Saturday
Wednesday - the days in the grid run Thursday through Wednesday
